Why is my new board not displaying train times?

Please ensure you have registered for a National Rail API Token at the link provided at the bottom of your boards control page and enter this API Token in full in the space provided in the format seen below (36 characters long).

Does it require additional subscription fee? (no)

No, we do not charge a subscription fee.

Will this work on a WiFi hotspot?

Yes!

Can I change the station remotely?

Yes! On any device connected to the same network as the departure board.

P.S. Remember to enter the station code in all capitals e.g. LDS for Leeds.

What can I control on the board?

    1) Selected station

    2) Display orientation

    3) Whether or not to display platform information

    4) Display font

    5) Filter for only services via another station

 How do I filter for specific routes?

You can filter for departures going Via a station. For example you could choose to only display departures from London Euston (EUS) which go via Birmingham New Street (BHM).

To do this you should first update the "Station Code" to EUS which will show all departures from EUS, then you should update the "Only Services Via" input to BHM.

Why can't I change the departure station?

Please make sure you have entered the correct station code correctly (three characters long and all caps e.g. LDS for Leeds), if this doesn't work try powering off and on the device.
